Tower House 1066 is situated in the quiet heart of St Leonards-on-Sea, a suburb of Hastings. The sea is within easy reach, as is Hastings town centre and the old town’s cobbled streets, buzzing with restaurants and coffee shops.

Tower House has a 24-hour licensed bar, a guest lounge with a real fire, a conservatory/breakfast room, a dining/meeting room, a terrace and large gardens.

Area information

London is just over an hour away by car (via the A21). The Channel Tunnel and the ferry ports of Dover and Newhaven are within an hour's drive. Tower House 1066 also makes a great base for exploring other towns in the area such as Brighton (1 hour), Rye (20 minutes), Lewes (50 minutes), Tunbridge Wells (30 minutes) or Eastbourne (30 minutes).

By Train
The nearest station is St Leonards Warrior Square. Tower House 1066 is half a mile mile north of the station. You can get a train from London Charing Cross, London Victoria, Gatwick, Brighton and Eastbourne.

When booking, please state your estimated arrival time (you cannot arrive after 20:00 without permission from Tower House).

Payment is due on arrival. Tower House will add an additional cost to payments made by credit card. Tower House does not accept American Express cards.

Tower House will apply a different cancellation policy to bookings for public holiday periods and local festivals, or bookings of 5 nights or more.
